Our service department has 6 specialized service crews to handle roof repair & alterations, preventative maintenance, and provide 24-hour emergency water infiltration repair service. We are qualified to make repairs to all types of roof systems and are approved to complete warranty repairs on the vast majority of roof manufacturers’ warranted systems.
The goal of our service department is to work with you to maintain the roof system to extend its useful life. All repairs are completed as per the Canadian Roofing Contractors Association (CRCA) and manufacturers’ specifications and guidelines. All repair and maintenance records, invoices, roof warranties and roof assessment reports are archived in a web-based portal.
